Cancellation Policy

Reservations

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee of 4000 frw per person.

Catering Services

For catering services, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may incur a partial charge.

Online Orders

Once an online order has been confirmed and preparation has begun, cancellations are not permitted. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns.

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and customer-friendly:

Food Quality

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your meal, please contact us within one hour of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or a partial refund.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the correct items to be delivered or offer a refund for the discrepancy.

Event Cancellations (by Restaurant)

In the rare event that we need to cancel an event, all attendees will receive a full refund.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

If the restaurant has to close unexpectedly, all reservations will be canceled, and any deposits or payments will be fully refunded.
